By accessing the Olimo website or making a booking, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Olimo provides private hire car and chauffeur services in Hong Kong, including airport transfers, business travel, cross-border trips, and charter services. Services are subject to vehicle and driver availability.

When you submit a booking, you confirm that the information provided is accurate. Quoted fares are estimates unless otherwise stated; final fares may vary based on actual route, waiting time, tolls, or parking charges as confirmed by our team. Payment terms will be shown at checkout or communicated upon confirmation.

Cancellation and amendment policies depend on the service type and timing of your request. Please contact us as early as possible to change or cancel a booking. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur charges.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate contact and trip information;
• Be ready at the agreed pick-up time and location;
• Behave respectfully toward drivers and comply with applicable laws;
• Not use our vehicles for unlawful purposes.

To the fullest extent permitted by Hong Kong law, Oscar Limousine Limited is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability for any claim relating to a booking is limited to the fare paid for that trip, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, traffic conditions, flight disruptions, or government actions.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
